Dear Vendor, 

 

Crime Stoppers of Miami-Dade and the Florida Keys as a matter of practice requests quotes on items for our community events. We are a 501(c)3, and all pricing must be tax-free. Documentation can be provided upon request.

Please send quotes that include the cost of setup and shipping; no setup fee is preferable. Each item is to be quoted at quantities specified. You may mention all or part of the items. 

 

Would you please provide samples of all items you are bidding on?                           

 

Please include the approximate turn-around time from art to delivery. 

 

Vendors with experience in Crime Stoppers production would be appreciated, but not required. 

 

The items we are considering as follows: 

 

• Single use foil lids with perforations to allow for simple separation 

• Fits most cups and glasses

• Sticks or adheres to top of drink glass 

• Must use high grade non-toxic glue that leaves no adhesive residue for food service industry

• It must be secure enough to deter unwanted pills, powders, liquids and other unwanted debris from entering drink glass 

• Prevents spillage 

• Top has easily accessible straw placement portal

• All items must be customizable and able to hold our contact information and/or logo and tagline. 

 

The deadline for your submission will be Friday, February 23rd, at the close of business, 5:00 PM Est time. All quotes must come directly from the Vendor in written form, preferably in email.  If requested that we place a quote through your system; your corporation will be considered a non-response.

This quote will be effective for one year from the date of our acceptance or until the end of the current grant year. 

 

This is for the grant year 2023-24: July 1st, 2023– June 30th, 2024.
